LEXCEL ACCREDITATION GAINED FOR 12TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

I’m delighted to announce that for the twelfth year running Stephen Thomas Law has met the high standards set by the Law Society to achieve Lexcel accreditation, the Legal Practice Quality Mark. This gives assurance that Stephen Thomas Law meets high client care and practice management standards.

To gain and retain Lexcel status, each practice has to undergo a rigorous annual assessment process by an experienced independent assessor. The process looks at Structures and Strategy, Financial Management, Information Management, People Management, Risk Management, Client Care and File and Case Management.

While we’re proud to have secured the Lexcel accreditation, the real beneficiaries are our clients. They can be assured that the way the practice is managed has their interests at heart and it is run efficiently. When people are shopping for legal services in today’s market, the Lexcel accreditation helps to identify commitment to client care and best practice.

Officially a Top Quality BIIAB Training Centre

For the 17th consecutive year, Stephen Thomas Law has been recognised by the BIIAB (British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body) as a top quality centre for the delivery of licensing courses. I’m delighted to have my commitment to high quality training recognised. Courses are held regularly at West Peckham Village Hall near West Malling. If you have enough candidates I can run courses at your premises. As of April 2020 I can offer training online.
