A client was facing disqualification at the magistrates’ court for travelling at 76mph in a 50mph zone. He unfortunately already had 6 points on his licence and another 6 points would lead to disqualification and a six month ban. I persuaded the court to impose 5 points and a fine, so he did not lose his job.
